Description

RFP 618-93-06 ISSUES: October 31, 2005 CLOSES: November 30, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. CT Provide Maxillofacial Plating Sets under a single consignment agreement. Mandible Titanium Plating Sets, Craniofacial Titanium Plating Sets, and Neuro Titanium Plating Sets, and instruments, are required under a single consignment agreement with the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN for the period from contract award date through September 30, 2006 with two (2) 12-month renewal options (10/1/2006-9/30/2007 - 10/1/2007-9/30/2008). Estimated usage is 37 sets per year. The Government anticipates awarding an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract based on the results of this solicitation. Solicitation document available on or about October 31, 2005. Proposals in response to RFP 618-93-06 are due November 30, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. Central Time.
