Description

The VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System is soliciting SF 330s from all qualified firms to provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, and architectural and engineering services as required to prepare complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates for the project Ward Upgrade Phase 4 at the VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Ave., S., Nashville, TN 37212. Design involves all major disciplines, including architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and industrial hygiene to upgrade approximately 9,500 sf of the existing 3 South ward and support spaces on the third floor, Bldg 1. Construction cost range is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. A/E interview criteria and short-list criteria may be found at www.va.gov/facmgt/ea/. Interested firms must submit two (2) copies of SF 330 with appropriate doumentation to Susan Kemp, Contracting Officer (90C), VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreeboro, TN 37129 by 4:30 p.m. on November 29, 2005. The forms may be downloaded from www.gsa.gov/forms. Faxed or electronic copies will not be accepted. No bid packages are available. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).
