Description

The contractor will provide preliminary review of outside work activities requests for completeness and adequacy and recmmends approval; The contractor will provide guidance to the labs/branches on the policies, procedures and practices concerning all aspects of travel expenses. The contractor will provide review of travel authorizations, local travel and travel vouchers. Contractor will also provide guidance to the labs/branches on the FTE's and FTE management, organizational changes, processing services for FTE's. Contractor must provide to the Governement a progress report upon request. ***The National Institutes of Health intends to procure on a firm, fixed price, sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 as authorized by 41 U.S.C. 253-C (1), The above from a source in Knoxville, MD***
