Description

Non-personal services are sought for the production of an installation guide, an installation guide incorporating a telephone directory sections, and a base map for Kirtland AFB, NM. The publication and production of these items will be accomplished as a Commercial Enterprise action. All publisher sales of advertisement in conjunction with the production and publishing of these items belong to the publisher and constitute full contractual consideration. The publisher shall look exclusively to such advertising sales for all publishing costs and profits if any. Neither appropriated nor non-appropriated funds will be used to pay for this publication. The contemplated Commercial Enterprise contract will consist of a two year Base Period with four one-year Option Periods, for a total period not to exceed 6 years. The applicable SIC code is 2741. The size standard is 500 employees. This zero dollar procurement action is acquired using full and open competition. Request for Proposal FA9401-06-T-0004 is available electronically only. Paper copies will not be issued.
