- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-06-Q-0099 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-06. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 332439 and small business size standard 500 Employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: 40’L X 8’W X 8’ 6” H 14 Gauge Storage Container with four Roll-up doors with ISO corner castings on top and bottom corners, Double swing-out cargo doors on one end, Existing 1-1/8” marine grade, treated plywood container floor, Coating: Single-color industrial enamel (white In & Out), Four (4) 8’ Wide roll-up doors (Drum style), Three (3) 12” galvanized roof turbine vents 1 EA or Equal, 40’L X 8’W X 8’6”H 14 Gauge Storage Container with ISO corner castings on top and bottom corners, Double swing-out cargo doors on both ends and on one side, Existing 1-1/8: marine-grade, treated plywood container floor, Coating: Single-color industrial enamel (white In & Out), Three (3) 12” galvanized roof turbine vents 1 EA or Equal and to include Shipping. (vii) Delivery and acceptance should be taken prior to 60 days ARO (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
