Description

The Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with Mason-Harriman Group, a small business, to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, Engineering Technical services in support of the Information Technology Management Services (ITMS) contractual effort. The Government intends to exclusively utilize the services of small business for this effort. The basic period of performance is from 09 November 2005 to 31 December 2005. This requirement is under the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The source selection evaluation criteria and clause information is attached to this modification announcement.
