Description

RFP VA-786-05-RP-0098 Furnish, Deliver and Install Concrete Grave Liners @ National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to furnish, deliver (F.O.B. Destination within consignee premises) and install concrete grave liners at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017. Contract covers base period January 1, 2006, or date of contract award through December 31, 2006, with up to four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through November 30, 2010. This acquisition is a total (100%) set-aside for a Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 is applicable. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Gregory Hanks, Contracting Officer. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA-786-05-RP-0098 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via Fed Ex on or about November 8, 2005. The solicitation may also be obtained FREE OF CHARGE, from VA's Business Opportunities System via the Internet at the following URL address on or about November 8, 2005: http://www.fbo.gov Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address.
