This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GSA Responses Only. Service Contract Extreme Network Hardware consisting of 6 four Slot Switches, PN 97004-6804; 3 eight Slot Switches, PN 97003-6808B; and ExtremeWorks Software Subscrip tion Services, PN's 97003-EPI and 97003-SRW. Responses to this RFQ must be signed, dated, and received via electronic mail or fax by 4 November 2005 no later than 3:00 PM EST at the U.S. Army Contracting Agency, SFCA-NR-APC-T (Martha Hughes), 4118 Susque hanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013.
