- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-06-T-0005. Requirement is for CLIN 0001: 1 each, 8 X 45 MOBILE KITCHEN TRAILER-USED EQUIPMENT CONTAINING: 20 STAINLESS STEEL HOOD EXHAUST SYSTEM-FIRE SYSTEM LIGHTS GAS MANIFOLD UNDER HOOD-PROPANE GAS NEEDED, 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, HAND SINK, FLAT GRILL, CHAR-BRIOLER, KETTLE, DEEP FRYER, 1-DOUBLE CONVECTION OVEN, 6 BURNER STOVES AND OVENS, HOT BOX, STEAM TABLE, 2-2-DOOR REFERS, STEAM TABLE, WORK TABLES. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case S4-B-AVF. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination. Offerors must provide a Certificate of Conformance. Item s shall be shipped to Defense Distribution Depot-Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Offerors shall propose firm, fixed-prices that includes shipping. Exact delivery instructions will be provided with the contract. Offerors must provide a deliv ery schedule with their proposal. Desired delivery is 1 December 2005, however, offerors are encouraged to provide alternate delivery schedules if the 1 December 2005 delivery cannot be met. Partial shipments are acceptable, however, shipments shall be a s consolidated as much as possible. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on best price and best delivery schedu le. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
