PRON: AX6Q0008, NSN: 2840-01-474-8337, PN: 23054164, Quantity: 10 each applicable to the OH-58D Engine Unit (T-703-AD-700). FOB Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 10 each 285 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Rollys Royce Corporation, Cage Code 63005 and Aviall Services, Inc., Cage Code 22819 because this part is a commercial/non-developmental/off-the-self-item. As such, it is now governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rul es. Only FAA qualified sources are listed. Other prospective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufacturer Approval (PMA). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification require ments in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing t he website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
