Description: The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing, cleaning and general operation and maintenance services for Paint Creek Lake. Approximate time will be calendar year 2006 with four one year option periods. The not -to-exceed amount of this contract is $400,000.00. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning and general operation and maintenance services in public use areas of the projects. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following fa ctors (A) Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Price. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitatio n and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 8 December 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Paint Creek Lake, 504 Reservoir Road, Bainbridge, OH 45612. This solicitation will be available for download on or about 17 November 2005, online at www.lrh.usace.army.mil/CT. This proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
