Description

HOSPITAL HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES AT KELLER ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL LOCATED AT WEST POINT NY (Solicitation number W81k04-05-R-0046). This requirement is for Non-Personal Services, Hospital Housekeeping Services at Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH) and outlying buildings located at West Point, NY. The contractor must have corporate experience in hospital housekeeping and shall ha ve gained this experience as a result of being regularly engaged in the business of providing hospital housekeeping services in health-care environments. At a minimum the contractor will have at least 24 months (full time) acceptable experience. The expe rience must have been gained within the previous 36 months of the due date established for submission of the proposal. Periods of acceptable performance may have been acquired at more than one site for at least 12 consecutive months at each site but shall not have been gained simultaneously at more that one site. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management support, transportation, equipment, tools, materials and services to provide complete hospital housekeeping services. The base per iod of performance is from 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 with four 1-year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about 4 December 2005. This procurement is an 8(a) competitive set aside and only proposals received from responsible 8 (a ) firms will be considered. The NAICS Code is 561720. The Small Business Size Standard for this requirement is $14,000,000.00.
