Description
SIC 6513 $5 Million The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) has a requirement for a Service Integrator and Lodging for use by primarily by Puget Sound Naval Shipyard personnel, Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) to Norfolk, VA but all Navy Activities may utilize. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition will be utilized under 100% Small Business Set Aside, $5 Million. Resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract for a base year of performance plus four option year periods. Solicitation available approximately 07 Nov 2005 with a 14 day closing. The estimated number of personnel is 30 to 50 at various times of the year with the possibility of more in the upcoming option year. The Service Integrator will schedule reservations, provide customer service and onsite support/assistance, resolve customer complaints, and consolidating invoices. One-bedroom/two-bedroom units preferred. All units require a table, desk suitable for writing, color TV, kitchen area with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, and stove/oven with cook-top desirable. Minimum furnishings include one double bed, one set of bedding, one dresser, one chair, a closet, and adequate lighting. In addition, a private bath with shower tub, toilet, sink, independently controlled air conditioning/heat, and 24-hour telephone service is required. Weekly maid service is required. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer, are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary.beauchamp@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. No bidders? list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of quotes may render your quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
