Description

The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 16,420 rentable square feet of office and related space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 13,597 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space to a maximum of 14,277 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space to use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The proposed lease term will be for ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights any time after expiration of the 5th year. The property must be located within the following delineated area in West Seneca, NY: Beginning at intersection of NYS Thruway (Route 90) and Clinton Street (Route 354), NORTH: Clinton Street to Transit Road; EAST: West side of Transit Road (Route 20/78) to Reserve Road; SOUTH: Reserve Road to Berg Road to NYS Thruway (Route 219/90); EAST: NYS Thruway (Route 219/90) to Clinton Street to place of beginning. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. All submissions must include the method of measurement used to determine the amount of rentable square feet.
