Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is soliciting to identify sources that are capable of delivering 21,000 gallons (3 truckloads @ 7,000 gallons) to 28,000 gallons (4 truckloads) per delivery of clean, clear, certified K-1 kerosene to SSA?s National Computer Center?s Utility Building, 6201 Security Blvd. Baltimore, MD 21235 within a 48 hour period once ordered. The Government estimates that deliveries of this fuel will be needed approximately 11 to 12 times a year. Each order will be a separate award. The Government anticipates a firm-fixed price type award with a 48 hour delivery period once the fuel is ordered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 424720, with a small business standard size of 100 employees. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. Interested sources are invited to submit statement of current capability to provide delivery of clean, clear, certified K-1 kerosene, to include company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone, and facsimile numbers, a statement regarding the fact that you have registered and completed Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) http://orca.bpn.gov and Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov , type of business and business size indicating whether you are a small or large business for the purposes of the assigned NAICS.
