- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to award a sole source, simplified acquisition to Steris Corporation, 2424 W 23rd Street, Eire, PA 16506. The requirement is to renew annual maintenance agreement. The maintenance will cover the following items: Grav Ster S/N 013239803; Lab glassware washer S/N 3630398006; Grav Ster S/N 013229821; Cent Vac S/N 012859505; and Cent ISO SD 208V Cab S/N 010209906 Steris Corporation is the manufacturer and the sole supplier of parts and service. This is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested concerns may submit a capability statement within 7 days after the posted date of this notice. All timely responses will be considered, however, a determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses should be addressed to the attention of the Contracting Officer referencing number FSIS-04-B-06.
