- RFP# 05-JC-REG2-WILM [COST PLUS INCENTIVE FEE PROCUREMENT] The Department of Labor, Employment Training and Administration (ETA), Job Corps has a requirement for operating the Wilmington Job Corps Center which is located Wilmington, Delaware. The contractor shall operate the aforementioned Job Corps Center which includes provision of academic, vocational, social skills and career development training, and related support services for an estimated total of 150 students categorized as follows: 75_non-residential male students and 75_non-residential female students. The Contractor shall conduct Outreach and Admissions services for the entire state of Delaware to result in 500 arrivals at Job Corps centers. Of these arrivals 285 will be admitted to the Wilmington center and the balance to other Region 2 centers. The Contractor shall provide Post-Center Career Transition Services annually for 350 graduates and 100 former enrollees returning to Delaware. The successful contractor will operate the WILMINGTON Job Corps Center with the services shown above for a two year period beginning 7/1/2006 through 6/30/08. Additionally, the contract will include the Government?s right of three successive one year options. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FULL & OPEN. This procurement will be made in accordance with FAR 215-1 Alternate I which allows for oral presentations. Despite the allowance of oral presentations, written submissions will also be required. The written parts of the proposal are to be received at the Job Corps Philadelphia Regional Office at 170 S. Independence Mall West [The Curtis Center] Suite 815E, Philadelphia, PA 19106 by 3:00 p.m. LOCAL TIME on January 10, 2006 Approximate anticipated date for oral presentation is the week of February 16, 2006. RFP to be issued on or about November 11, 2005. In accordance with FAR 5.102(A) (7), availability of the RFP will be limited to downloading from the Federal Business Opportunity website.
