- Description
- The U. S. Army TACOM-RDECOM, Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce (PC3) in support of the Mortars and Hand Grenades Division, Armament Engineering & Technology Center (AETC) intends to award a purchase order for the fabrication and testing of nineteen total prototype staffs, with an option quantity of 505 staffs. The Government may or may not exercise the option. This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in one or more firm fixed price awards. Commercial warranty requirements apply to this acquisition that is consistent with customary commercial practices. Each offeror must mail 5 hard copies of their proposal to the attention of U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce, ATTN: AMSTA-AQ-APC Bldg. 10, Attn: E. Raymond Gelpke, Picatinny Arsenal New Jersey 07806-5000. Closing date for receipt of proposals is 3:00 p.m. EST, 21 November 2005. No other type of submission will be accepted. NOTE 1 APPLIES.
