- Non-Personal Services, in accordance with Statement of Work to provide instructors and trainers to provide primary observer trainer to augment civilian and military instructor/trainers in the grades of E-7, and GS-9 to GS-11. OC/T Support shall augment specialized training instruction to support the Fifth U.S. Army, 2nd Brigade 91st Division (Training Support Branch) at Fort Carson, CO for directed Predeployment Observer/Controller Support training including General Infantry Skill, Combat Lifesaver tasks, Detainee Operations, and the Military Police requirements for the Army and other assigned forces.
