Description

The Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region Contracting Center-East at Fort McPherson, GA intends to procure on a sole source basis with Comcast of Georgia, Inc., 2925 Courtyards Drive Norcross, GA 30071. The NACIS code for this requirement is 5151 20 and the business size is $12,500,000.00. The services to be purchased will be Official use of cable television services at Forts McPherson and Gillem, GA. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide all the services that will satisfy the Governments requirements. Any firm that believes it can furnish the services described above is encouraged to give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. No multiple awards will be made. All responses received within five days (5) of the date of this publication (by 3:30pm, Wednesday, November 9, 2005) for this advertisement will be considered by the Governm ent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
