- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a one-year extension of the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for supplies and services to be provided in order to receive, evaluate, inspect, disassemble, repair, overhaul, refurbish, assemble, and test the AN/AQS-14 Towed Vehicle Sonar Detecting Set, AN/AQS-12A(V1) and AN/AQS-121 System. This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis from the current contractor, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Sensors and Systems Division, P.O. Box 1488, Annapolis, MD 21404 as it is the desinger, developer and sole producer of the equipment. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for the posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
