- Description
- Social Security Administration, Region V, Office of Hearings and Appeals, has a requirement to provide case file assembly services for three (3) SSA hearing offices. The offices are located in Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN, and Flint, MI. Services required include thoroughly reviewing each case file, selecting proposed exhibits, marking/numbering exhibits, and preparing exhibit lists. Work is to be performed on-site at Government provided leased space for Chicago, IL, and off-site at the contractor's worksite for Minneapolis, MN, and Flint, MI. The Government will provide a limited orientation/training session on the preparation of the case files. All successful contractors will be required to pass a security background check before being allowed to proceed with contract performance. The Government reserves the right to make either a single award or multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Only offers from individuals or business concerns that qualify as small businesses will be accepted. Solicitation SSA-RFQ-02-0016 will be available on or about August 13, 2002, and may be downloaded from the Federal Procurement website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JUL-2002).
