Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This announcement constitutes the Request for Quotation. The United States Attorney Office for the District of Oregon located in Eugene has a requirement for Grand Jury and Deposition Reporting Services. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded for a sixty (60) month period. Offerors must have the capability to establish and office within a fifty (50) mile radius from Eugene limits by the shortest route available. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, NAICS code for this procurement is 561492 with size standard of $6M. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is DOJ-EOA65-6-0048. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses 52.212-1, ?Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item?, 52.212-3 ?Offeror Representations and Certification ? Commercial Item?, 52.212-4 ? Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Item? and 52.212-5 ? Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Offers or proposals will be evaluated in accordance with evaluation factors contained in the solicitation ?Evaluation and Selection Factor?. Quotes are due on Monday, November 14, 2005 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. LATE Quotations will not be accepted.
