This solicitation is for a 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Repair Contract. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 40 Each Repair of Inertial Measurement Unit. FOB is Origin. For use on the Position and Azimuth Determining System (PADS). Estimated issue date is 22 November, 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, har dcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued e lectronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
