Description: Mowing Services for Alum Creek Lake, Ohio. Approximate time will be calendar year 2006 with four additional one year option periods. The not to exceed amount of this contract is $400,000.00. The work consists essentially of mowing and cleaning servi ces in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Price. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, c ompetitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thur sday 16 December 2005 at 1:00 a.m. at Alum Creek Lake, Lewis Center, OH. This solicitation will be available for download on or about 18 November 2005 on-line at www.Lrh.usace.army.mil/CT/. This proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
