Description: Mowing and Cleaning Services for Senecaville, Piedmont, Tappan and Clendening Lakes, Ohio. Approximate time will be calendar year 2006 with four additional one year option periods. The not-to-exceed amount of this contract is $300,000.00. The work c onsists essentially of mowing and cleaning services in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Price. Contract will b e a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, 01 December 2005 at 9:30 a.m. at Muskingum Area Office, 5153 State Route 800 NE, Dover, OH. This solicitation will be available for download on or about 18 November 2005 on-line at www.Lrh.usace.army.mi l/CT/. This proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
