Description

POC FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS MR. ALLEN HARRISON AT FAX: 251-694-3626. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED UNDER SECTION 8(a) OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ACT (15 U.S.C. 637 (a)) (8(a) Competitive, Limited to 8(a) firms that have a bona fide office in Arizona or New Mexico. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers.) THIS PROJECT IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), PERFORMANCE PRICE TRADE OFF (PPTO)SOLICITATION. In general, the work shall consist of the following: CSAR Squadron Complex, Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. Construct a 50,000 SF Administrative and Warehouse Facilit y with utilities and parking. Construction will be steel framed structure, concrete slab, CMU walls, and metal roof. Interior walls will be metal stud covered with gypsum board, finished and painted, with an acoustical drop type ceiling. Exterior CME will be split faced and integrally colored. HVAC and fire sprinklers are required. Estimated cost range of the project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Solicitation documents should be available on or about 01 Dec 2005. Mr. Edward M. It has been determined by the SBA that competition will be restricted to 8(a) firms which have a NAICS code of 236220 among their approved NAICS Codes and which are serviced by the following SBA District Offices: Firms that have a bona fide office in Arizo na or New Mexico.
