Description

Solicitation No. W81XWH-06-T-0045 will be ISSUED ON OR ABOUT 15 Nov 2005 and proposals will be due on 30 Nov 2005 @ 2:00 PM. The Government requirement is for an Operations/Technical Support Assistant at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (W RAIR), Silver Spring, MD 20910. The support services is for the Defense Travel Systems (DTS), automate an Management Control Program, and other IT Systems support. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 5415 11 with a size standard not to exceed $21,000,000. This contracting office will issue no hard copies of the solicitation. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 7 Nov 2005 on Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) at the following Web Link https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7003, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be register in the Central Contractor Re gistration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. This procurement is Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-aside 100%. All interested SDVOSBs must submit a Capability Statement. The Cap ability Statement must be recieved by 14 Nov 2005 prior to the release of the solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated on a Commercial Firm Fixed Price and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Award to include a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
