- Indefinite Delivery ? Indefinite Quantity contract for environmental engineering A/E services. Services include but are not limited to the following: (1) CERCLA/RCRA assessments, investigations and corrective measure work plans (e.g. RCRA Facility Investigations/Corrective Measure Studies/Corrective Measure Implementation (RFI/CMS/CMI) Reports ? includes drafts and revisions. (2) Environmental multi-media investigation and modeling. (3) Data collection, validation, interpretation, and reporting. (4) Design and execution of treat ability studies. (5) Design and execution of pilot and bench studies. (6) Biological assessments and evaluations and (7) Permitting and regulatory support. (8) Environmental data management including web-based regulatory reporting. Work under this contract could be located at any former or current Federal facility in the U.S. but primarily in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii. Specific projects will be clearly defined and negotiated for each individual task. The proposed procurement will result in a one-year contact with four option years. Individual tasks will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis. The total price of each individual task will not exceed $750,000. The contract has a potential value of $1.5 million for each year. Firms desiring consideration must submit SF330, Parts 1 and 2, for themselves and all proposed sub consultants. Submittals must be received in this office no later than 4:00 PM, 30 calendar days after the date of this publication or the due date specified above (if any), whichever is later. Evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional qualifications of the firms staff and sub consultants relative to the services described in the opening paragraph. (2) Specialized experience and technical competence of the firm relative to the services described in the opening paragraph. (3) Capacity of the firm to perform orders issued simultaneously. (4) Past record of performance with Government and private clients in regards to cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules. No further technical project specific information will be furnished prior to selection of short listed firms.
