Description
Solicitation SP0750-06-R4009 is a 100% small business set-aside for NSN 2540-00-693-0744, Bow Assembly, Steel Material in accordance with TACOM drawing 19207 12441082-1 for a quantity of 13,296 each, including a 50% option quantity (possible additional 6,648 each, IF EXERCISED). Requested phased delivery 4,432 in 90 days with additional 4,432 every 30 days until completion. NSN requires Origin Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Destination may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form to the DSCC Bid Room. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of November 28, 2005 at HTTP://DIBBS.DSCC.DLA.MIL/RFP. The solicitation WILL NOT be available before the issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Numbered Note(s): 1, 9 and 26. Notice to All Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01- 26 (Item I, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitations in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instructions and requirements in solicitations and contract awards." Additional guidance will be provided as it becomes available.
