The sole source and Original Equipment Manufacturer is Meggitt Safety Systems, P/N 3451-16-500/325-9, Cage 25693. AMSC 3P. FOB Destination with I/A Origin. Requested Delivery is 75 DARO. Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The quantity is 68 each. The solicitation is issued to establish a Definite Quantity Contract Base Year with provisions for a 100% quantity option. Configuration Control and Critical Application Item apply. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
