Description

Network 22 Logistics Office as directed by VISN 22 Healthcare Facilities intends to negotiate sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 13 with TDK Medical under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is for the maintenance, repair and proprietary software for the Government owned TDK burners. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their name, address, telephone, fax numbers and a point of contact on company's letterhead. The Government will consider all quotes received by Monday, November 21, 2005 by 2:00 pm, Pacific Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquires will only be accepted in writing by email.
