Required delivery with First Article Testing is 225 each, 300 Days After Contract A ward (DACA). Required delivery with Alternate II is 225 each, 250 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 225 each, 200 DACA. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., CAGE Code: 97499 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requi rements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessin g the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annota ted is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
