PRON: AX6F0001AX, NSN: 1680-01-310-2259, PN: 70400-02300-048, Quantity: 104 each, with one 100% option, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The required delivery with First Article Test is 104 each, 41 5 Days after Contract Award. Delivery without FAT is 104 each 290 DACA. This item is restricted to Sikorsky, Cage 78286, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify the mselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to th e date stated above.
