Description
The United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) is conducting a market survey in accordance with FAR 10.0001 to determine the extent of Small Business participation and capability to perform the INSCOM requirement summarized below. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611430 and the size standard is $6.0 million dollars. This is not a request for proposal. Capability statements should include a description of your company experience as related to this type of procurement. INSCOM is implementing an Information Dominance Center - Joint Intelligence Operations Capability-Iraq (IDC/JIOC-I) which is critical to satisfy the necessary training requirements to meet the Army missions. The contractor shall have (1) Experience with militar y intelligence analysis at the tactical, theater, or national levels. (2) Knowledge of the analytical tools identified in Appendix B attached (3) Experience in conducting platform instruction and or On the Job Training instruction for applications similar to those identified in Appendix B. (4). Security Clearance Requirements: All personnel assigned to the contract shall have an active Top Secret, with SCI and the Contractor shall have a Top Secret facility clearance. (5.) The contractor shall have the capability to provide Mobile Training Teams (MTT) and shall be prepared to conduct training at locations specified by the Government including overseas locations and combat zones. The Government anticipates awarding a Cost Plus Fixed fee type contract. T he expected period of performance will be for a Base Period of 12-months with four (4) 12-month Option Years.
