- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) CustomizedTraining of Maintenix system at contractor's facility (Quantity - 1 each); 2) Test laboratory set-up Support (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced due to proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Offiice no later than 5 days after the date of publications of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
