- Preservation and Miscellaneous Repairs of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Drydock No. One Caisson to be performed 3 January 06 to 28 February 2006 at PHNSY Controlled Industrial Area (CIA). Perform painting of Side B of Caisson and miscellaneous repairs. Work stoppage due to PHNSY drills may occur. Offerors must have a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). FY06 Standard Items will apply. PHNSY Local Standard Items (LSIs) cited in RFP will apply. QP-1 Certification for painting Critical Coatings is applicable. This RFP is set aside for small business.
