Description
Space and Naval Warfare System Center Charleston (SSCC) intends to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract, in accordance with FAR 6.302- 5, to Electronic Systems Support (ESS), LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern, with a total value of $3,000,000, for a base year and two option years. The NAICS Code is 541330 and the applicable size standard is $23 million. As specified in the Statements of Objectives tasks orders, the contractor will be required to provide engineering and technical services for solutions in support of the SSCC NetCentric Enterprise. The level of expertise required will generally necessitate a team of doctorate and/or senior level Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with a composite and detailed understanding of SSCC???s operations, SSCC???s Sponsors, US Navy Strategic Guidelines and Objectives, Warfighter C4ISR requirements, and C4ISR Technical Expertise. The technical expertise required includes the disciplines of analysis, systems engineering, integration, test and evaluation, and ability for rapid procurement and prototyping of a wide variety of highly advanced C4ISR components and systems. The services provided shall incorporate distributed resources connected via collaborative tools currently available from various commercial sources. This requirement does not require any facilities. Travel will be minimal. ESS, LLC is the only known service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern with the required expertise to meet this requirement. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the individual identified below. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Note 22 applies; however all responses received within 10 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement maybe considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
