- SSC-SD awarded contract N66001-06-C-0036 to the San Diego State University Research Foundation (SDSURF) to seek out and fast track the commercialization of new innovative technologies that would support DoD requirements in crisis/consequence management and other critical national defense priorities. The CCAT program was chartered in 1999 between SSC-SD, SDSURF, University of California San Diego, Orincon Corporation and CCAT San Bernardino. The award amount is $5,640,000 and is for a 15 month period. This requirement was issued as a sole source procurement.
