- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive (sole source) basis with The Boeing Company, McDonnell Douglas Corporation for the T45 Program. The Navy’s requirement for the acquisition include two (2) T45 Communication Amplifier Test Sets, referred to as COMM AMP T/S for the O and I Level Maintenance at the Naval Air Station Kingsville (NASK) and the Naval Air Station Meridian (NASM). Boeing is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the T45 aircraft and is the only firm with the knowledge, experience and proprietary data required to fulfill the requirements for the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Sustaining Engineering and Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE). The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1.
