Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. This requisition #F2S3CE5285A200 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 423320. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1600hrs CST on 18 November 2005. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. CLIN 0001- Provide Concrecte for various jobs at LRAFB. The Equipment Shop will order various types of concrete to be delivered to building 532 and escorted to various job sites, weather permitting. If more concrete is required than one truck can hold, we will specify the time between deliveries of each truck. We would like to give 1-day notice for all concrete orders.
