- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB is issuing a sources sought synopsis to renew subscription of Legal publications in support of the USAF JAG corps. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 424920 with a size standard of 500 employees. The legal publications desired are the following: 0001 1 Each Judicial Conduct & Ethics, 3rd Edition, 2005 Supplement (FY06); 0002 1 Each Nevada Court Rules Annotated, 2006 Volume/Supplement; 0003 2 Each New Mexico Criminal & Traffic Law Manual, 2006 Edition; 0004 7 Each Court Martial Procedure, 3rd Edition; 0005 93 Each Federal Rules of Evidence, 8th Edition, Dec 2005-June 2006 Supplements; 0006 2 Each Virginia Law Appendix, 2005 Edition (FY06); 0007 4 Each Federal Standards of Review, 3rd Edition, 2005 Supplement Set (FY06); 0008 2 Each New Mexico Rules Annotated, 2006 Volume/Supplement; 0009 221 Each Military Rules Of Evidence Manual, 5th Edition, 2005 Supplement Set (FY06); 0010 40 Each Military Criminal Justice Practice & Procedure, 7th Edition; 0011 165 Each Military Evidentiary Foundations, 3rd Edition; 0012 2 Each Delaware Criminal & Traffic Law Manual, 2005-2006 Edition. Please note that upon award of contract, the successful offeror will be given the list of the various locations copies of the items above are to be delivered to.
