Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial parts prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. The acquisition will be processed as a full and open competition. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336312 with the small business size standard being 750 employees. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) from C-E LCMC Acquisition Center, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, AMESL AC-CA-RT-P , and the number assigned to it is W15P7T-06-Q-B405. The proposed action is for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for 154 Fuel Pumps with an NSN of 2910-01-476-8971 for use with the 60 KW B Tactical Quiet Generator Set. Stanadyne Part Number 05672 and John De ere Part Number RE505358 are the only acceptable models, no equal will be considered. This will be FOB Destination to New Cumberland Army Depot, AN5 as implemented by 52.247-34. Packaging should be commercial packaging as implemented by FAR 52.7043. Off erors are required to complete and submit a copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; this provision is to be sent as a separate electronic attachment. All parties interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil FAR 52.212-2 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Price 2. Delivery Schedule (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the of fers specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
