Description

The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision to remove and install 2 Liebert A/C Units from the Bureau of Land Management Computer Room located at the Anchorage Federal Building/US Courthouse at 222 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99513. The work includes but is not limited to the following: To remove 2 existing Liebert A/C Units and replace with new Liebert units Model DE240G-AAEI. Work to include complete removal and disposal of old units plus the installation of new units specified, and start up by factory authorized technician. Relocate unit in the NW corner to new location along the East wall of the Computer Room to include additional plumbing (glycol condenser lines), lagging new condenser lines, and additional electrical work. All installations shall be made in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and national mechanical and electric codes. Work will be performed in accordance with the contract clauses, drawings and specifications. Estimated magnitude of this project is $100,000.00. Your request must include the following information: Business Name, Point of Contact, Company address and phone number and the Solicitation number (GS-10P-05-XJC-0037). The point of contact for any questions concerning the specifications and technical questions or site visits should be address to Glen Graham, Project Manager @ 907-271-5993. The contractor will also be required to have security background clearances on all employees that will be working on this project once an award is made. The proposals are due NLT December 22, 2005 by 4:00 p.m. Alaska time. There will no exceptions to this due date, so make sure that you request this solicitation package in a timely matter in order to prepare your proposal by the due date. Thank You.
