SOURCES SOUGHT: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, intends to specify Meridian Systems Inc., Anchorage, Alaska, as the sole-source provider for the software integration of the Direct Digital Controls (DDC) System in the C-17 Maintena nce Complex, currently under solicitation (W911KB-05-R-0012), and Elmendorfs base-wide Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) under FAR 6.302-1(c), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements/Applica tion for Brand Name Descriptions. As custodian of the Elmendorf EMCS, Meridian Systems Inc. provides unique access to and understanding of the base-wide remote building HVAC monitoring and control (EMCS) system.
