Description

The contractor shall provide: Four (4) Each, Biphasic pulse, manual function, LCD display, quick combo connector for ECG/Defibrillation/Pacer, printer for ECG and code summary, RS 232 Interface for data transfer, Item # 99401-XXXXXX (Medtronic); F our (4) Each, AED Function HIP Kit; Eight (8) Each, Fast Pak 2, Item # 11141-000025 (Medtronic); Four (4) Each, AC Adapter, Item # 11400-000044 (Medtronic); Four (4) Each, Extension Cord, Item # 11110-000051 (Medtronic). The place of delivery is USAMMCE, HUSTERHOH KASERNE, BLDG 4171, 66953 Pirmasens, Germany. The required delivery date is no less than 30 days after receipt of order. A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Estimated Request for Quotationl Issue D ate: 10 November 2005. Estimated Quotation Closing Date: 17 November 2005. This will be an electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (htt p://www.eps.gov). It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open competition procedures. In order to be eligi ble for award, registration in the Central Contractor Registration database is required.
