Description

REPLACE WEST GATE ROAD BRIDGE AT THE CRAB ORCHARD NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, NEAR MARION, ILLINOIS. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence, and transportation necessary to remove the existing bridge, construct a new bridge, and grade the approaches to match the new bridge. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237310 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available free of charge approximately 11/28/2005, with bid opening occurring on or about 12/28/2005. Hard copy solicitations will not be mailed, unless specifically requested. The Invitation for Bid package will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The complete solicitation includes bid package, specifications, and plans. Please ensure that you have a complete package before sending in your bid.
