Description

This solicitation is for 60 units of the Garmin Etrex Vista GPS Systems, part number: 010-00243-00 as well as the detailed mapping software of IRAQ** and detailed mapping software of AFGHANISTAN** (60 of each software). Software does not have to be pre-installed into the Garmin Etrex Vista GPS Systems. **Please note that the mapping software is NOT the MapSource WorldMap OR the MapSource Software for the Middle East. The detailed mapping software of Iraq and Afghanistan, required by the customer, can be transferred to the GPS unit and be utilized with or without the MapSource software. A purchase order will be awarded to a contractor that can supply all the items with the best price and delivery time, 20-30 days ARO. All items must be delivered to the following address no later than Friday, January 6, 2006: CALJ CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK #47, Fir Street, Door 13, Building 1606, MCB Camp Jejune, NC 28542. All those interested in receiving a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) should contact Jeannie Li at 212-264-2692 or email her at jeannie.li@gsa.gov no later than Friday, November 25, 2005. The RFQ will then be issued on Monday, November 28, 2005 and quote must be submitted by Friday, December 2, 2005 COB to be considered. Submit your offer via fax / e-mail.
