Description: Pursuant to OMB Circular A-76, on 22 Sep 2005, public notification was made to announce a streamlined competition study of the Weapons Review Journal functions performed here at Nellis AFB, NV. On 2 Nov 05, a streamlined competition was conducted in accordance with guidance from the OMB Circular A-76 which determined that it would be the most efficient and cost effective method of operation to have the required services provided by private sector contractor personnel. A solicitation will be issued around 18 Nov 05.
