Description

The U.S.Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division intends to acquire services to perform routine roof inspections, maintenance, emergency repairs and routine repairs to roofs at the U.S.Army Soldier System Center, Kanasas Street, Na tick,MA 01760. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to inspect maintain and repair roofs on twenty one selected buildings. The contractor shall be an approved applicator of the following roofing systems: JPS Elastometri cs,Stevens Roofing Systems, Firestone, Owens Corning, Genflex, Carlisle Syn Tec, and Versico. An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed price and time and material provisions encompassing one twelve month base period and two twelve month option periods. This procurement will be issued under the Competiveness Demonstration program for roofing repairs. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1761 and the NAICS classification is 238160. The size standard is $12.0. The Service A ct, Wage Determination, for Middlesex County is applicable. A site visit will be held on 6 December. The solicitation will be posted to the acquisition web site https://www3.natick.army.mil on or about 29 November 2005.
